Ammach'is Masala

Welcome to Ammachi's Masala. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Terms

All products manufactured and sold by Ammachi's Masala are food products prepared under hygienic conditions using natural ingredients, without preservatives or artificial mixtures.
Once the product is sold, packed, and handed over for dispatch, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer or reseller.
Ammachi's Masala shall not be responsible for how the product is stored, handled, resold, or consumed after dispatch.
Product usage, resale, and shelf-life management are the sole responsibility of the customer or reseller.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified.
Ammachi's Masala reserves the right to update product prices, specifications, packaging, and policies without prior notice.

Full payment must be completed before dispatch of any order.
No product will be dispatched under partial payment or credit unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Once payment is made, the order is considered confirmed.

Dispatch will be done only after successful payment confirmation.
The mode of transport (courier / transport / local delivery) will be selected based on customer preference or available nearby services.
All courier and transportation charges are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Ammachi's Masala’s responsibility ends once the product is handed over to the courier or transport agency.
Estimated delivery time depends on the courier or transport provider and is beyond our control.
Delays caused by courier companies, transport agencies, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Ammachi's Masala.

No return or exchange is accepted once the product is sold, packed, and dispatched.
As food products are perishable and consumable in nature, returns are strictly not allowed.
If the customer is unavailable or refuses to receive the courier, Ammachi's Masala is not responsible for the return shipment.
In case of returned shipments due to customer unavailability, return courier charges must be paid by the customer.
Re-dispatch of the order will be done only after full payment of return and re-dispatch courier charges.
No refund will be issued for:
Customer not available at the delivery address
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Refusal to accept delivery
Delay or damage caused by courier partners

Any visible damage to the package must be reported immediately at the time of delivery to the courier partner.
Ammachi's Masala will not be responsible for damages caused during transit.
Complaints raised after delivery acceptance will not be considered.

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India only.
