Shipping & Dispatch Policy
- Dispatch will be done only after successful payment confirmation.
- The mode of transport (courier / transport / local delivery) will be selected based on customer preference or available nearby services.
- All courier and transportation charges are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Ammachis Masala’s responsibility ends once the product is handed over to the courier or transport agency.
- Estimated delivery time depends on the courier or transport provider and is beyond our control.
- Delays caused by courier companies, transport agencies, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Ammachi's Masala.
